Holy Trinity Cathedral has been operating a drop-in breakfast program since 1994. Every Thursday from 8:00 am to 9:00 am we provide a hot breakfast for people who might not otherwise have any breakfast or any hot meal during the day. The demand for this service has grown dramatically since its inception, but has leveled off during the last few years. In 2007 we served 3877 breakfasts and in 2010 we served 6372. In 2011 our numbers dropped to 5596. Since 2007 we have had students from St. Thomas More Collegiate volunteering most Thursdays. Volunteers are always welcome. This is a vital ministry to the unemployed, homeless, low income families and others in need in our community.
