Every baptized person is called to ministry. The purpose of EFM is to enable men and women to relate the foundations and messages of the Christian faith to their lives and ministries in the contemporary world. It is an exciting theological education which supports the faith of lay persons and trains them to express that faith in day-to-day events. The EFM program is a 4-year curriculum. Through prayer, study and theological reflection and led by a trained Mentor, participants meet weekly over the course of a nine month academic year.
